## Discrepancy

DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT AT 3BC TO BE INOPERATIVE.  MX RESET THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SYS, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
