## Discrepancy

THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT COMING FROM F/O'S YOKE CHART HOLDER AND OUT OF THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.  MX INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE F/O'S CHART HOLDER.  OPS CHECKED GOOD,  NO DEFECTS NOTED.
