LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY OUT OF ADJUSTMENT, FAILED FUNCTION TEST.  LT OVERWING EMERGENCY DOOR EXIT WAS CLEANED AND REMOVED OLD LUBE FROM LOBES.  ACCOMPLISHED FUNCTIONAL CHECK.  OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 51-21-00-720-801.
