DURING MX INSPECTION, THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY FAILED OPS CHECK.  MAINTENANCE  R & R THE BATTERY PACK AND OPS CHECKED SUCCESSFUL. ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
