THE CREW REPORTED A STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR AT TURNED TO FINAL.  LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 1 RECIRCULATION FAN, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
