## Discrepancy

DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION,  EMERGENCY LIGHT SIGNS NEAR THE OVERWING EXITS WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH.  MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER & OPS CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
