## Discrepancy

DURING C-CHECK,  FOUND THE OMEGA BEAM AND TOPCAP CORRODED.  MAINTENANCE INSTALLED A NEW REPAIR TO THE OMEGA BEAM WITH A NEW TOP CAP IAW EC 5310-01473 AND SRM 51-40-02.
