DURING C-CHECK RT FLOOR SILL IN CARGO AREA FRAMES 61-63 IS CORRODED.  MAINTENANCE R & R FLOOR SILL AND SPLICE IAW SRM 51-40-02.   THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
