## Discrepancy

DURING C-CHECK THE TOP MOUNTING HINGE ON THE VERTICAL STABILIZER FOR RUDDER,  FOUND TO BE WORN.  MAINTENANCE R & R THE HINGE IAW SRM 51-40-02.  THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
