THE F/A REPORTED THE LIGHT AT SEAT 2A WAS FLICKERING AND HAD AN ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR.  MAINTENANCE R & R THE BULB, OPERATED CABIN LIGHTS WITH NO DEFECTS OR ODORS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
