THE CREW REPORTED GALLEY AND ROW 3 EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
