THE CREW REPORTED ODOR OF BURNING WIRE IN COCKPIT.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED WINDSHIELD TEMP CONTROLLER AND WINDSHIELD TEMP CONTACTOR.  REPLACED WIRES FROM TEMP CONTROLLER TO CONTACTOR.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
