## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED A LAVATORY SMOKE WARNING ON EICAS AFTER TAKEOFF.  ACFT PERFORMED AN AIR TURN BACK WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.   NR 2 ENGINE WAS R & R AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
