## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED A BURNING ODOR NEAR SEAT 4A DURING TAKEOFF AND LANDING.  MAINTENANCE R & R THE CABIN LIGHT WIRE HARNESS WITH OPS CHECK GOOD.  ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
