## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED DURING FLIGHT VIBRATION IN NOSE AREA, POSSIBLE DOOR OPEN.  MX PERFORMED GVI OF NLG AREA. NO FAULT FOUND.  MX R & R LT NLG DOOR ACTUATOR DUE TO LEAKING.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
