PILOT REPORTED AN INTERMITTENT LOSS OF BRAKES ON LANDING WITH BRAKES DEGRADED EICAS MESSAGE.  MX R & R NR 3 WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER WITH OPS CHECK GOOD.  AC WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
