REPLACED LAV LIGHT WIRE HARNESS IAW AMM 33-28-02 AND LAV LIGHT BALLAST IAW AMM 33-28-02.  OPS CHECK GOOD PLACARDS REMOVED.  THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
