THE CREW REPORTED WINDSHIELD HEAT NR 1 FAIL RESULTING IN ELECTRICAL OVERHEAT SMELL. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAINS WINDSHIELD HEAT TEMP CONTROLLER, OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
