THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE GASPER FAN HAD A BURNING ODOR WITH PACK NR 2 AND NOT RUNNING THE NR 2 RECIRCULATION FAN.   ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
