## Discrepancy

DURING A-CHECK INSPECTION,  THE LT LOWER EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
