RT PRESSURE FLOOR SILL PANEL HAS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS OF CORROSION SURROUNDING NUTPLATES FROM FS 409+128 TO FS 559.  FOUND QTY 2 BLEND REPAIRS TO FLOOR SILL LOCATED LESS THAN 5" AWAY FROM EACH OTHER.  LIMITATION IAW REO 601R-53-41-666-01 IS MINIMUM OF 5" APART.  LOCATION OF 2 BLEND REPAIRS ARE AT FS 518.6, RBL 42.5 & FS 522.2, RBL 42.5.  BLENDS .006" DEEP.  COMPLIED WITH EC/TC REO 601R-53-41-666 01 AND REO 601R-53-41-666, REV C DATED 11/06/2012 AS WRITTEN.  REO 601R-53-41-1936, REV HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.
