## Discrepancy

DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, THE AFT SECTION OF EMERGENCY FLOOR PATH LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM BATTERY CHARGER WITH OPS CHECK GOOD.  ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
