## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT TURN OFF. MAINTENANCE R & R THE F/A CONTROL PANEL ASSY WITH OPS CHECK GOOD.  ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
