EXT POWER RECEPTACLE SUPPORT BRACKET DAMAGE.  REMOVED DAMAGE BRACKET.  DRILLED UP NEW BRACKET IAW REO 601R-53-11-009.     INSTALLED THE BRACKET IAW REO 601R-53-11-009.  REPAIR CLASSIFIED AS MAJOR IAW GMM 5-3.
