CREW REPORTED ENGINE NR 1 HIGH OIL TEMP AND ENGINE NR 1 SHUTDOWN IN FLIGHT.  MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND R & R ENGINE NR 1 OIL TEMP SENSOR WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
