## Discrepancy

PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE.  HAD TO GET RAMP TO OPEN FROM OUTSIDE.  INSPECTED PASSENGER DOOR AND LATCH MECHANISM AND PAX DOOR HANDLE NO DEFECTS NOTED REF AMM 52-11-00.
