A BURNING PLASTIC ODOR REPORTED FROM THE GALLEY NEAR THE OVERHEAD LIGHT.  MX R & R THE LIGHT BLUBS AT SEAT 1 A WITH OPS CHECK GOOD.  ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
