REMOVED LBL9 FLOOR SEAT RAIL FS 364-FS 400 IAW AMM 53-01-000-802. COMPLIED WITH EC/TC REO 601R-53-00-485.  INSTALLED NEW FABRICATED SEAT RAIL AT LBL9 FS 364-FS 400 IAW AMM 53-01-11-400-802.
