COMPLIED WITH EC/TC REO 601R-53-00-485 AND REO 601R-53-00-485 REV B AND COMPLIED WITH EC/TC RIL 4354 REV B.  AIRCRAFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
