## Discrepancy

DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY BATTERY CHARGER AND BATTERY PACK. OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.
