## Discrepancy

LEFT AND RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY BATTERY CHARGER IAW AMM 33-50-04. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
