## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE DISCOVERED INOPERATIVE.  MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 3 AND 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS.  OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
