THE CREW REPORTED A EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR LIGHTS OUT.  MAINTENANCE CONNECTED THE DOOR EXIT WARNING LIGHTS , OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
