FLIGHT ATTENDANT CONTROL PANEL, CABIN LIGHTS INOPERATIVE,  SMELLED ELECTRICAL SMOKE.  MX REMOVED AND REPLACED PSU LIGHT CONTROL MODULE, AND 1A BALLAST, OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
