THE CREW REPORTED MAIN PITCH TRIM INOP IN FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED HORIZONTAL STAB ACTUATOR IAW 27-40-02. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
