## Discrepancy

IAH - FLIGHT 4306, THE CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS NOT WORKING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOT AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN SERVICE.
