DURING C-CHECK INSPECTION, FS X14280 AND FS X14616 FUSELAGE FRAMES ATTACHED TO CARGO DOOR OPENING UPPER FRAME SUPPORT BRACKETS FOUND TO BE SEPARATED AT BOTH FRAME STATIONS. REMOVED AND REPLACES UPPORT BRACKETS. (M)
