## Discrepancy

FLT 4067 - EN ROUTE ATL-CRW, LOST PRESSURIZATION AT 25,000 FEET AND PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT TO 10,000 FEET. OXYGEN MASKS WERE DEPLOYED IN THE CABIN. LANDING WAS MADE SAFELY AT CRW WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. LOCAL MTC FOUND CARGO DOOR SEAL DETACHED FROM LOWER FORWARD CORNER OF DOOR AND RESECURED SEAL, ALSO RESTOWED THE OXYGEN MASKS. FOLLOWUP INSPECTION BY ATL MTC DETERMINED THAT THE FORWARD LOWER SECTION OF THE CARGO DOOR SEAL RETAINER WAS FAULTY AND REPLACED THE RETAINER. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR FURTHER SERVICE. (M)
