(AUS) MAIN FORWARD FUEL TANK LEFT BOOST PUMP FAILED.  INVESTIGATION FOUND PIECES OF METAL SEPARATED FROM THE HOUSING INLET STRUTS JAMMING THE CHECK VALVE PARTIALLY OPEN.
