(AUS) RT ENGINE CTOT WOULD NOT ENABLE. DURING FAULT FINDING ENGINEOPERATED OK UNTIL TORQUE MOTOR LOCKOUT WAS SELECTED. SUSPECTTORQUE MOTOR LOCKED OUT DURING OPERATION.
