## Discrepancy

(AUS) OXYGEN FLOW CONTROL UNITS (2 OFF) HAD UNAPPROVED SEALANT (TAPE AND PLASTICINE) APPLIED TO THE FIRST STAGE PRESSURE RELIEF PORTS.   UNAPPROVED PART.
