## Discrepancy

(AUS) RT MAIN ENTRY DOOR SLIDE FAILED TO CORRECTLY DEPLOY DURING TEST. THE SLIDE CAUGHT ON THE DOOR STRUCTURE SUSTAINING A SMALL PUNCTURE AND DAMAGING THE LOWER BUSTLE.
