(AUS) RT HYDRAULIC BAY DOOR FAILED AND SEPARATED DURING FLIGHT. DOORHAD BEEN OPENED FOR MAINTENANCE BEFORE FLIGHT AND IT IS SUSPECTED THAT IT WAS NOT PROPERLY CLOSED AND LATCHED.
