AUTOPILOT PITCH ACTUATOR INCORRECT OPERATION.  ACTUATOR HAD BEEN MODIFIED IAW HONEYWELL SB KSA372-M1 TO COMPLY WITH PILATUS SB 22-004 AND AD/PC12/39A1.
