## Discrepancy

(AUS) RT ESCAPE SLIDE FAILED TO DEPLOY CORRECTLY. FOLLOWING MANUAL OPERATION THE SLIDE INFLATED BUT WAS NOT CORRECTLY ORIENTATED TO THE DOOR OPENING. SUSPECT CAUSED BY FAULTY PACKING OF THE SLIDE AT THE LAST OVERHAUL.  (CASA NR 510001588)
