## Discrepancy

PILOT`S INSTRUMENT PANEL ONLY SECURED BY TWO OF FOUR SHOCK MOUNTS.  COPILOT`S PANEL HAD ALL FOUR SHOCK MOUNTS BROKEN.  PANEL WAS HELD IN PLACE BY PLUMBING AND WIRING.
