## Discrepancy

LOSS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID.  INVESTIGATION FOUND A FAILED O-RING SEAL AT THE PIPE CONNECTOR ON NR 2 HIGH PRESSURE MANIFOLD.  THIS PIPE SUPPLIES GREEN SYSTEM HIGH PRESSURE FLUID THROUGH THE STANDBY GENERATOR ISOLATION VALVE.
