LT OB ELEVATOR SPACER (DISTANCE PIECE) WORN BEYOND LIMITS.  AS A RESULT THE ELEVATOR SUPPORT STRUCTURE WAS CRACKED TO THE POINT OF NEAR SEPARATION.
