## Discrepancy

RT VACUUM PUMP FAILED.   INVESTIGATION FOUND THE PUMP JAMMED AND FULL OF CARBON VANE DEBRIS.  DRIVE SHAFT FAILED AT SHEAR POINT.  PUMP IS OUTSIDE OF THE SN RANGE AS INDICATED IN TEMPEST SB-003.
