CENTER FUEL TANK WING SPAR ATTACHMENT BOLTS (4OFF) HAD SHEAR BOLT HEADS.  FUEL LEAKING FROM CENTER TANK AT RT FRONT CORNER ABOVE THE WING TO FUSELAGE ATTACHMENT LINK AT FRAME 26 RIB 2.
